Texas High School Basketball - Temple nudges Glenn
December 15, 2022: Temple, TX 76504 Temple Wildcats (Temple, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Glenn Grizzlies (Leander, TX), 54-53 in a non-league game.
In their next game, the Wildcats face the Smithson Valley Rangers (Spring Branch, TX) in a non-league game, on Saturday, December 17. Temple will attempt to move on its 9-6 season record. The Rangers enter the game with a 2-10 record after their 66-56 non-league loss to Stevens (San Antonio, TX).
With the defeat, Glenn moves to 8-9 on the year. The Grizzlies host Hays (Buda, TX) to face the Hawks in a 5A Region IV District 25 game on Tuesday, December 20. The Hawks enter the game with a record of 8-8. Hays lost 45-41 in their recent non-league game against Weiss (Pflugerville, TX)
