The Central Cobras basketball team scored 42 points and held the host Sebastian River Sharks to 31 in the Cobras non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Cobras now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Montverde Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 3. Central will battle a Eagles team coming off a 83-29 non-league win over Sarasota (Sarasota, FL). The Eagles record now stands at 10-0.

The Sharks (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Tocoi Creek (St. Augustine, FL). The Toros enter the non-league contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, Tocoi Creek was defeated by Vero Beach (Vero Beach, FL), 54-40, in a non-league contest.
