Utah High School Basketball - Merit Preparatory Academy trounced by Grand County

December 15, 2022: Springville, UT 84663

In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Grand County Red Devils basketball team scored a decisive 50-18 triumph over the Merit Preparatory Academy Knights.

In their next game, the Red Devils face the Milford Tigers (Milford, UT) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 16. Grand County will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 4-3 record after their 42-21 non-league win over Pinnacle (Price, UT).

With the defeat, Merit Preparatory Academy moves to 4-3 on the year. The Knights travel to Green River (Green River, UT) to face the Pirates in a non-league match on Friday, December 16. The Pirates enter the match with a record of 0-6. Green River lost 53-30 in their recent non-league match against Bryce Valley (Tropic, UT)
