New Jersey High School Basketball - Hackensack ripped by Teaneck
December 15, 2022: Teaneck, NJ 07666 The Teaneck Highwaymen basketball team scored 79 points and held the visiting Hackensack Comets to 26 in the Highwaymen non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Highwaymen now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ridgewood for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 17. Teaneck will meet a Maroons team coming off a 43-38 non-league win over Passaic County Tech (Wayne, NJ). The Maroons record now stands at 1-0.
The Comets (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Passaic (Passaic, NJ). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Passaic was routed by Passaic Valley (Little Falls, NJ), 45-18, in a non-league contest.
