Indiana High School Basketball - 21st Century Charter can't hold off Hammond Central

The Hammond Central Wolves basketball team scored 74 points and restricted the visiting 21st Century Charter COUGARS to 72 in the Wolves non-league victory on Friday.

The Wolves now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crown Point for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Hammond Central will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 69-51 non-league win over Munster (Munster, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-1.

The COUGARS (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Hanover Central (Cedar Lake, IN). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Hanover Central edged Whiting (Whiting, IN), 71-34, in a league contest.
