In Friday's league match, the visiting Alexandria Cardinals basketball team scored a decisive 88-32 triumph over the Willmar Cardinals.

In their next game, the Cardinals meet the Delano Tigers (Delano, MN) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 16. Alexandria will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 4-1 record after their 78-40 non-league win over Perham (Perham, MN).
