December 15, 2023: Amarillo, TX 79107 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Palo Duro Dons (Amarillo, TX) and the visiting Childress Bobcats (Childress, TX), saw Palo Duro's basketball squad wallop Childress by a tally of 76-49.
With the victory, Palo Duro improves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Dons host Texline (Texline, TX) to play the Tornadoes in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 21. The Tornadoes come into the challenge with a record of 13-1.
Next up, the Bobcats play the Hirschi Huskies (Wichita Falls, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 18. Childress will attempt to improve on its 11-3 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 5-7 record after their 52-38 non-league loss to Wylie (Abilene, TX).
