Wisconsin High School Basketball - Owen-Withee overwhelmed by Columbus Catholic
December 15, 2023: Marshfield, WI 54449 The Columbus Catholic Dons basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the visiting Owen-Withee Blackhawks to 40 in the Dons league victory on Friday.
The Dons now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Prairie du Chien for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 16. Columbus Catholic will battle a Blackhawks team coming off a 59-58 league loss to Dodgeville (Dodgeville, WI). The Blackhawks record now stands at 0-4.
The Blackhawks (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Spencer (Spencer, WI). The Rockets go into the Cloverbelt - East bout with a 2-5 record. In their last bout, Spencer was crushed by Colby (Colby, WI), 70-56, in a league bout.
