Oklahoma High School Basketball - Oklahoma Christian Academy nips Cyril
December 15, 2023: Edmond, OK 73034 Oklahoma Christian Academy Eagles (Edmond, OK) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Cyril Pirates (Cyril, OK), 55-49 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Oklahoma Christian Academy upgrades its record to 2-7 on the season. The Eagles travel to Morrison (Morrison, OK) to play the Wildcats in a Freelance bout on Saturday, December 16. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Morrison lost 69-51 in their recent non-league bout against Frontier (Red Rock, OK)
Next up, the Pirates play the Apache Warriors (Apache, OK) in a Caddo-Comanche bout, on Tuesday, January 2. Cyril will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 58-39 league win over Sterling (Sterling, OK).
