December 15, 2023: Apache, OK 73006 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Apache Warriors (Apache, OK) and the visiting Sterling Tigers (Sterling, OK), saw Apache's basketball squad overcome Sterling by a tally of 58-39.
With the victory, Apache improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Cyril (Cyril, OK) to confront the Pirates in a Caddo-Comanche challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Cyril lost 55-49 in their recent non-league challenge against Oklahoma Christian Academy (Edmond, OK)
Next up, the Tigers confront the Fletcher Wildcats (Fletcher, OK) in a Caddo-Comanche challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. Sterling will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 1-9 record after their 64-31 non-league loss to Verden (Verden, OK).
