The Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences Vipers basketball team (Granada Hills, CA), was nudged 69-66 in Friday's league battle with the host East Valley Falcons (North Hollywood, CA)

The Falcons now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sherman Oaks CES for a Valley battle on Wednesday, January 10.

The Vipers (9-2) will now prepare for their battle against Locke (Los Angeles, CA). The Saints come into the non-league battle with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, Locke was nudged by Dymally (Los Angeles, CA), 50-47, in a league battle.
