Minnesota High School Basketball - Fosston fells Polk County West [Climax/Fisher]
December 15, 2023: Fosston, MN 56542 Fosston Greyhounds (Fosston, MN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Polk County West [Climax/Fisher] Knights (Climax, MN), 47-39 in a league bout.
With the win, Fosston upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Greyhounds travel to Park Christian (Moorhead, MN) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Monday, December 18. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Park Christian lost 49-46 in their recent non-league bout against Barnesville (Barnesville, MN)
Next up, the Knights play the Win-E-Mac Patriots (Erskine, MN) in a A Section 8 challenge, on Tuesday, December 19. Polk County West [Climax/Fisher] will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 81-69 league win over Warren-Alvarado-Oslo (Warren, MN).
