The Mountaineers now possess a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ishpeming for a Mid-Peninsula battle on Monday, December 18. Iron Mountain will confront a Hematites team coming off a 58-37 league win over Gwinn (Gwinn, MI). The Hematites record now stands at 4-0.
The Knights (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Niagara (Niagara, WI). The Badgers come into the non-league battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Niagara was toppled by Coleman (Coleman, WI), 62-57, in a league outing.
