South Carolina High School Basketball - Keenan nips Lower Richland

December 15, 2023: Columbia, SC 29203

Keenan Raiders (Columbia, SC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Lower Richland Diamond Hornets (Hopkins, SC), 30-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Keenan upgrades its record to 2-7 on the season. The Raiders travel to Norcross (Norcross, GA) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 16. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 4-5. Norcross lost 56-50 in their recent non-league bout against Alexander (Douglasville, GA)

Next up, the Diamond Hornets play the New Hampstead Phoenix (Savannah, GA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 20. Lower Richland will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Phoenix go into the bout with a 6-3 record after their 88-54 non-league win over Groves (Garden City, GA).
