Texas High School Basketball - Southside nudges Lytle
December 15, 2023: Lytle, TX 78052 Southside Cardinals (San Antonio, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Lytle Pirates (Lytle, TX), 57-53 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Southside upgrades its record to 3-9 on the season. The Cardinals host Boerne (Boerne, TX) to clash with the Greyhounds in a non-league bout on Monday, December 18. The Greyhounds go into the bout with a record of 14-2. Boerne won 88-34 in their recent non-league bout against Uvalde (Uvalde, TX)
Next up, the Pirates clash with the John F. Kennedy Rockets (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 18. Lytle will attempt to upgrade on its 11-2 season record. The Rockets go into the bout with a 11-11 record after their 57-55 non-league win over South San Antonio West (San Antonio, TX).
