California High School Basketball - Salinas tops Seaside
December 15, 2023: Salinas, CA 93901 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Salinas Cowboys (Salinas, CA) and the visiting Seaside Spartans (Seaside, CA), saw Salinas's basketball squad knock off Seaside by a count of 62-47.
With the victory, Salinas upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Cowboys travel to St. Francis (Watsonville, CA) to play the Sharks in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 16. The Sharks come into the challenge with a record of 1-5. St. Francis won 60-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Pajaro Valley (Watsonville, CA)
Next up, the Spartans play the Rancho San Juan Trailblazers (Salinas, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 16. Seaside will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Trailblazers come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 84-65 non-league loss to Alisal (Salinas, CA).
