Minnesota High School Basketball - Waconia tops St. Michael-Albertville
December 15, 2023: Waconia, MN 55387 Waconia Wildcats (Waconia, MN) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting St. Michael-Albertville Knights (Albertville, MN), 88-73 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Waconia upgrades its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Edina (Edina, MN) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Hornets come into the bout with a record of 1-3. Edina won 83-57 in their recent non-league bout against Chanhassen (Chanhassen, MN)
Next up, the Knights play the Monticello Magic (Monticello, MN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 19. St. Michael-Albertville will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Magic come into the bout with a 0-4 record after their 88-74 league loss to Chisago Lakes Area (Lindstrom, MN).
