North Carolina High School Basketball - Bethany crushes Morehead

Bethany Wolves (Summerfield, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Morehead Panthers (Eden, NC), 57-21 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Bethany upgrades its record to 5-8 on the season. The Wolves host East Davidson (Thomasville, NC) to clash with the Golden Eagles in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 27. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a record of 5-5.

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Martinsville Bulldogs (Martinsville, VA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 20. Morehead will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 48-33 league loss to Mecklenburg County (Baskerville, VA).
