The South Panola Tigers (Batesville, MS) basketball knocked off the host Center Hill Mustangs (Olive Branch, MS), 58-40 in Friday's league test.

The Tigers (10-2) will now prepare for their test against Palmer (Marks, MS). The Dragons go into the non-league test with a 2-7 record. In their last test, Palmer notched a victory over West Tallahatchie (Webb, MS), 41-36, in a non-league test.

The Mustangs now own a 10-2 record. They play next when they travel to Horn Lake for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 19. Center Hill will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 54-44 non-league win over Northpoint Christian (Southaven, MS). The Eagles record now stands at 3-7.
