The Virginia Episcopal School Bishops (Lynchburg, VA) basketball crushed the host Roanoke Catholic Celtics (Roanoke, VA), 47-17 in Friday's league test.

The Bishops (4-4) will now prepare for their test against New Covenant (Lynchburg, VA). The Gryphons go into the VISAA Blue Ridge test with a 8-1 record.

The Celtics now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Eastern Montgomery for a non-league test on Friday, December 29.
