December 15, 2023: Spotsylvania, VA 22407 The Colonial Forge Eagles (Stafford, VA) basketball nipped the host Massaponax Panthers (Spotsylvania, VA), 41-38 in Friday's non-league test.
The Eagles (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Mountain View (Stafford, VA). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Mountain View was tipped by Massaponax (Spotsylvania, VA), 42-38, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Chancellor for a non-league test on Monday, December 18. Massaponax will encounter a Chargers squad coming off a 52-21 non-league win over Eastern View (Culpeper, VA). The Chargers record now stands at 5-2.
