North Carolina High School Basketball - South Charlotte Thunder overwhelmed by Greater Cabarrus Stallions

The South Charlotte Thunder Thunder basketball team (Matthews, NC), was overwhelmed 62-36 in Friday's league battle with the host Greater Cabarrus Stallions Stallions (Concord, NC)

The Stallions now possess a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chatham HomeSchool for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 16. Greater Cabarrus Stallions will battle a Thunder team coming off a 51-48 non-league loss to Grace Christian (Sanford, NC). The Thunder record now stands at 0-3.

The Thunder (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against Grace Academy (Matthews, NC). The Lions come into the non-league battle with a 4-0 record.
