The Hutchinson-Central Tech Engineers basketball team scored 68 points and held the host East Panthers to 60 in the Engineers league triumph on Thursday.

The Engineers now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tapestry for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 18. Hutchinson-Central Tech will battle a Thunderhawks team coming off a 80-79 non-league win over Nichols (Buffalo, NY). The Thunderhawks record now stands at 2-3.
