Louisiana High School Basketball - Pearl River tops Albany
December 16, 2022: Albany, LA 70711 Pearl River Rebels (Pearl River, LA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Albany Hornets (Albany, LA), 54-41 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Pearl River upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Pope John Paul II (Slidell, LA) to play the Jaguars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Jaguars come into the bout with a record of 5-5.
Next up, the Hornets play the Pope John Paul II Jaguars (Slidell, LA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 19. Albany will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record.
