Louisiana High School Basketball - Bogalusa ripped by Pearl River
February 2, 2023: Bogalusa, LA 70427 The Pearl River Rebels basketball team scored 74 points and held the host Bogalusa Lumberjacks to 43 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Rebels now sport a 13-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Salmen for a 4A District 8 contest on Friday, February 3. Pearl River will battle a Spartans team coming off a 86-64 non-league loss to Newman (New Orleans, LA). The Spartans record now stands at 17-5.
The Lumberjacks (0-11) will now prepare for their contest against Amite (Amite, LA). The Warriors enter the 3A District 7 contest with a 8-11 record. In their last contest, Amite triumphed over Sumner (Kentwood, LA), 73-63, in a league contest.
