Ohio High School Basketball - Jefferson nips Allen East
December 16, 2022: Harrod, OH 45850 Jefferson Wildcats (Delphos, OH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Allen East Mustangs (Harrod, OH), 61-55 in a league bout.
With the win, Jefferson upgrades its record to 2-3 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Antwerp (Antwerp, OH) to play the Archers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 17. The Archers go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Antwerp lost 52-48 in their recent league bout against Paulding (Paulding, OH)
Next up, the Mustangs play the Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds (Lima, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 20. Allen East will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Thunderbirds go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 53-35 non-league loss to Kalida (Kalida, OH).
