Texas High School Basketball - Frisco nips Centennial
December 16, 2022: Frisco, TX 75034 Frisco Raccoons (Frisco, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Centennial Titans (Frisco, TX), 54-50 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Frisco upgrades its record to 5-8 on the campaign. The Raccoons host Turner (Carrollton, TX) to play the Lions in a 5A Region II District 9 bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 1-11. Turner lost 55-26 in their recent non-league bout against Adams (Dallas, TX)
Next up, the Titans play the Heritage Coyotes (Frisco, TX) in a 5A Region II District 10 bout, on Tuesday, December 20. Centennial will attempt to upgrade on its 10-6 season record. The Coyotes come into the bout with a 11-4 record after their 93-74 non-league win over Madison (Dallas, TX).
