California High School Basketball - Corona overwhelms La Sierra
December 16, 2022: Corona, CA 92882 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Corona Panthers (Corona, CA) and the visiting La Sierra Eagles (Riverside, CA), saw Corona's basketball squad wallop La Sierra by a tally of 63-37.
With the victory, Corona improves its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Panthers host Arlington (Riverside, CA) to play the Lions in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 19. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 6-4. Arlington won 62-61 in their recent non-league challenge against Valley View (Moreno Valley, CA)
Next up, the Eagles play the Canyon Springs Cougars (Moreno Valley, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 20. La Sierra will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 8-7 record after their 68-61 non-league win over Liberty (Winchester, CA).
