In Friday's non-league outing, the Taylor County Vikings (Butler, GA) basketball squad beat the visiting Crawford County Eagles (Roberta, GA), by a count of 48-29.

The Vikings (1-5) will now prepare for their outing against Marion County (Buena Vista, GA). The Eagles go into the A D2 Region 6A outing with a 0-5 record. In their last outing, Marion County was topped by Manchester (Manchester, GA), 67-36, in a non-league outing.
