Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Norcom Greyhounds (Portsmouth, VA) and the host Granby Comets (Norfolk, VA), saw Norcom's basketball squad wallop Granby by a tally of 70-44.

With the victory, Norcom improves its record to 1-6 on the campaign. The Greyhounds travel to Maury (Norfolk, VA) to play the Commodores in a Eastern challenge on Friday, January 6. The Commodores come into the challenge with a record of 5-2.
