December 16, 2022: Rudyard, MT 59540 In Friday's league outing, the North Star Knights (Rudyard, MT) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Hays-Lodge Pole Thunder Birds (Hays, MT), by a margin of 66-43.
The Knights (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Fort Benton (Fort Benton, MT). The Longhorns go into the C District 9 outing with a 0-2 record. In their last outing, Fort Benton was trounced by Turner (Turner, MT), 52-47, in a league outing.
The Thunder Birds now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Big Sandy for a C District 9 outing on Saturday, December 17. Hays-Lodge Pole will clash with a Pioneers squad coming off a 67-52 league win over Chinook (Chinook, MT). The Pioneers record now stands at 5-0.
