Hightstown Rams (Hightstown, NJ) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lawrence Cardinals (Lawrenceville, NJ), 66-42 in a league bout.

With the victory, Hightstown upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Rams host Timber Creek Regional (Erial, NJ) to play the Chargers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 17. The Chargers come into the bout with a record of 1-1. Timber Creek Regional won 51-33 in their recent non-league bout against Kingsway (Woolwich Township, NJ)

Next up, the Cardinals play the Delaware Valley Terriers (Frenchtown, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 17. Lawrence will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
