The Ewing Blue Devils basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Lawrence Cardinals to 56 in the Blue Devils league triumph on Friday.

The Blue Devils now sport a 11-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hackettstown for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 14. Ewing will meet a Tigers team coming off a 42-41 league win over Lenape Valley (Stanhope, NJ). The Tigers record now stands at 7-1.

The Cardinals (1-10) will now prepare for their contest against Hillsborough (Hillsborough, NJ). The Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Hillsborough was nudged by Ridge (Basking Ridge, NJ), 54-45, in a non-league contest.
