New Jersey High School Basketball - Nottingham can't hold off Ewing
January 27, 2023: Trenton, NJ 08618 The Ewing Blue Devils basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Nottingham Northstars to 60 in the Blue Devils league triumph on Friday.
The Blue Devils now sport a 16-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Medford Tech for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 28. Ewing will battle a Jaguars team coming off a 67-62 league loss to Northern Burlington (Columbus, NJ). The Jaguars record now stands at 11-8.
The Northstars (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against Timber Creek Regional (Erial, NJ). The Chargers enter the non-league contest with a 11-7 record. In their last contest, Timber Creek Regional was nudged by Williamstown (Williamstown, NJ), 55-43, in a non-league contest.
