With the victory, Jonesboro improves its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Hurricane host Marion (Marion, AR) to confront the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 20. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 7-4. Marion won 38-32 in their recent non-league challenge against Saltillo (Saltillo, MS)
Next up, the Comets confront the Watson Chapel Wildcats (Pine Bluff, AR) in a 4A Region 8 challenge, on Wednesday, January 4. Mills University Studies will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record.
