Iowa High School Basketball - Prairie ripped by Kennedy
December 16, 2022: Cedar Rapids, IA 52402 The Kennedy Cougars basketball team scored 77 points and held the visiting Prairie Hawks to 39 in the Cougars league triumph on Friday.
The Cougars now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Liberty for a Mississippi Valley contest on Tuesday, December 20. Kennedy will meet a Lightning team coming off a 50-42 non-league win over Iowa City (Iowa City, IA). The Lightning record now stands at 3-1.
The Hawks (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Jefferson (Cedar Rapids, IA). The Hawks enter the Mississippi Valley contest with a 4-4 record.
