Melstone Broncs (Melstone, MT) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Reed Point/Rapelje Renegades (Reed Point, MT), 47-22 in a league bout.

With the win, Melstone upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Broncs travel to Garfield County (Jordan, MT) to play the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 17. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Garfield County lost 51-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Hobson/Moore (Hobson, MT)

Next up, the Renegades play the Park City Panthers (Park City, MT) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 17. Reed Point/Rapelje will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 51-45 non-league loss to Sheridan (Sheridan, MT).
