December 16, 2022: Pawnee, OK 74058 Pawnee Black Bears (Pawnee, OK) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Newkirk Tigers (Newkirk, OK), 53-35 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Pawnee upgrades its record to 2-4 on the season. The Black Bears host Morrison (Morrison, OK) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 0-2.
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Chisholm Longhorns (Enid, OK) in a 89er - West bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Newkirk will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
