Texas High School Basketball - Argyle overwhelms Richland
December 16, 2022: Argyle, TX 76226 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Argyle Eagles (Argyle, TX) and the visiting Richland Royals (North Richland Hills, TX), saw Argyle's basketball squad wallop Richland by a count of 56-21.
With the victory, Argyle upgrades its record to 14-3 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Colleyville Heritage (Colleyville, TX) to play the Panthers in a 5A Region I District 7 challenge on Monday, December 19. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 6-9. Colleyville Heritage won 46-37 in their recent league challenge against Denton (Denton, TX)
Next up, the Royals play the Lake Dallas Falcons (Corinth, TX) in a 5A Region I District 7 challenge, on Tuesday, December 20. Richland will attempt to upgrade on its 2-12 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 5-10 record after their 40-31 league loss to Ryan (Denton, TX).
