In Friday's league outing, the Barbers Hill Eagles (Mt. Belvieu, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Lee Ganders (Baytown, TX), by a margin of 73-16.

The Eagles (18-5) will now prepare for their outing against Port Arthur Memorial (Port Arthur, TX). The Titans go into the 5A Region III District 17 outing with a 6-6 record. In their last outing, Port Arthur Memorial smashed Lee (Baytown, TX), 50-9, in a league outing.
