Morton Panthers (Morton, MS) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Philadelphia Tornadoes (Philadelphia, MS), 63-27 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Morton upgrades its record to 9-0 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Bay Springs (Bay Springs, MS) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 22. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 1-4.
