Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Perkiomen Valley Vikings (Collegeville, PA) and the host Methacton Warriors (Norristown, PA), saw Perkiomen Valley's basketball squad overcome Methacton by a tally of 41-21.

With the victory, Perkiomen Valley improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Vikings host Phoenixville (Phoenixville, PA) to confront the Phantoms in a challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Phantoms come into the challenge with a record of 5-0.

Next up, the Warriors confront the Spring-Ford Rams (Royersford, PA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, December 20. Methacton will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
