Florida High School Basketball - Mourning nudges Booker T. Washington
December 16, 2022: North Miami, FL 33160 Mourning Sharks (North Miami, FL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Booker T. Washington Tornadoes (Miami, FL), 44-39 in a league bout.
With the win, Mourning upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Sharks travel to Hialeah-Miami Lakes (Hialeah, FL) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 11. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 1-7.
Next up, the Tornadoes clash with the Edison Red Raiders (Miami, FL) in a bout, on Wednesday, December 21. Booker T. Washington will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record.
