December 16, 2023: Pittsburgh, PA 15228 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Mt. Lebanon Blue Devils (Pittsburgh, PA) and the visiting Aliquippa Quips (Aliquippa, PA), saw Mt. Lebanon's basketball squad overcome Aliquippa by a tally of 55-44.
With the victory, Mt. Lebanon improves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host Penn-Trafford (Harrison City, PA) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 19. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 4-3. Penn-Trafford lost 57-55 in their recent non-league challenge against Penn Hills (Pittsburgh, PA)
Next up, the Quips confront the Farrell Steelers (Farrell, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 20. Aliquippa will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Steelers come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 85-14 non-league win over West Middlesex (West Middlesex, PA).
