December 16, 2023: Hot Springs, AR 71913 In Saturday's non-league outing, the Conway Wampus Cats (Conway, AR) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Hot Springs Trojans (Hot Springs, AR), by a count of 75-51.
The Wampus Cats (6-5) will now prepare for their outing against Parkway (Bossier City, LA). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 8-7 record. In their last outing, Parkway was crushed by Calvary Baptist Academy (Shreveport, LA), 76-63, in a non-league outing.
The Trojans now hold a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Hamilton for a 5A South outing on Thursday, December 21. Hot Springs will clash with a Wolves squad coming off a 71-59 non-league loss to Har-Ber (Springdale, AR). The Wolves record now stands at 10-5.
