California High School Basketball - Edison nudges Cypress
December 16, 2023: Cypress, CA 90630 Edison Chargers (Huntington Beach, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Cypress Centurions (Cypress, CA), 61-56 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Edison upgrades its record to 12-2 on the season. The Chargers travel to Camarillo (Camarillo, CA) to clash with the Scorpions in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 27. The Scorpions go into the bout with a record of 8-3.
Next up, the Centurions clash with the San Juan Hills Stallions (San Juan Capistrano, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 21. Cypress will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record. The Stallions go into the bout with a 8-5 record after their 66-45 non-league win over Rancho Buena Vista (Vista, CA).
