December 16, 2023: Bethlehem, PA 18018 In Saturday's non-league outing, the Liberty Hurricanes (Bethlehem, PA) basketball squad edged the visiting Dallas Mountaineers (Dallas, PA), by a count of 49-44.
The Hurricanes (6-0) will now prepare for their outing against Emmaus (Emmaus, PA). The Hornets go into the Lehigh Valley outing with a 7-1 record. In their last outing, Emmaus held off Governor Mifflin (Shillington, PA), 62-56, in a non-league outing.
The Mountaineers now hold a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lake-Lehman for a non-league outing on Monday, December 18. Dallas will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 60-31 non-league loss to Pittston (Pittston, PA). The Knights record now stands at 0-4.
