New Jersey High School Basketball - Immaculata topped by Delaware Valley
December 16, 2023: Somerville, NJ 08876 The Delaware Valley Terriers basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host Immaculata Spartans to 44 in the Terriers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Terriers now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Montgomery for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Delaware Valley will battle a Cougars team coming off a 67-54 non-league win over West Morris Central (Chester, NJ). The Cougars record now stands at 2-0.
The Spartans (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Rutgers Prep (Somerset, NJ). The Argonauts come into the Skyland - Raritan contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Rutgers Prep prevailed over Paramus Catholic (Paramus, NJ), 98-45, in a non-league contest.
