South Dakota High School Basketball - Dell Rapids fells Roncalli
December 16, 2023: Aberdeen, SD 57401 Dell Rapids Quarriers (Dell Rapids, SD) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Roncalli Cavaliers (Aberdeen, SD), 50-31 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Dell Rapids upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Quarriers travel to Hamlin (Hayti, SD) to clash with the Chargers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 30. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 2-0.
Next up, the Cavaliers clash with the Groton Tigers (Groton, SD) in a A Region 1 bout, on Thursday, December 21. Roncalli will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 71-54 non-league win over West Central (Hartford, SD).
