December 16, 2023: Dumont, NJ 07628 Dumont Huskies (Dumont, NJ) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Mahwah Thunderbirds (Mahwah, NJ), 60-43 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Dumont upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Pascack Hills (Montvale, NJ) to play the Broncos in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Broncos come into the bout with a record of 0-1. Pascack Hills lost 57-56 in their recent non-league bout against NV - Demarest (Demarest, NJ)
Next up, the Thunderbirds play the Fort Lee Bridgemen (Fort Lee, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 19. Mahwah will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Bridgemen come into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 51-44 non-league win over Westwood (Washington Township, NJ).
